Ingredients and scent details are listed for transparency. Digital products are delivered electronically and are final sale once downloaded or accessed.
We also offer local drop-off within select service areas. Delivery details and timing will be confirmed after purchase.
3. Payment Terms
We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, and other available payment options. Full payment must be received before any order is processed, shipped, or delivered.
4. Shipping and Local Drop-Off
All shipping and delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to postal delays, weather, or availability. Once a package has been shipped or delivered, Heart Beet Homestead is not responsible for delays or missed delivery attempts.

Please note that all cosmetic items, candles, skincare, and aromatic goods are final sale and not eligible for return or refund unless damaged during shipment.
Refunds may be granted for verified shipping damage or errors on our part. Approved returns for eligible items (such as branded merchandise) will include free return shipping.
6. Product Safety and Use Disclaimer
All products are for external use only. Customers are responsible for reading ingredient lists and performing a patch test before use. Heart Beet Homestead is not liable for misuse, allergic reactions, or adverse effects.
7. Candle Safety and Performance
Each candle includes a safety label and burning instructions. Customers are responsible for following these directions carefully:
- Burn candles within sight and away from flammable materials, drafts, and pets.
- Keep wax free of debris and trim wicks to ¼" before each burn.
- Never burn longer than 4 hours at a time.
Candle performance and burn time may vary depending on wick maintenance, room conditions, and use. Heart Beet Homestead is not responsible for diminished scent throw, uneven burning, or other performance issues resulting from improper use or failure to follow safety directions.

All content, images, logos, product descriptions, labels, and downloadable materials are the property of Heart Beet Homestead. These may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
