Shipping Policy
At Heart Beet Homestead, we take great care in preparing and packaging your handmade products. Every order is fulfilled directly by our small family team here on the homestead — which sometimes means balancing order days with farm chores and family life.
Processing Time
Most orders ship within 48 hours of purchase. Because we are a small, self-run operation, there may occasionally be delays due to farm work, family needs, or weather.
If items are in stock, all orders will ship within 7 days at the latest. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order leaves our studio.
During busy seasons, markets, or holidays, processing times may extend slightly. If that happens, we’ll communicate any delay as soon as possible.
Local Drop-Off Deliveries
We offer local drop-off within our service area.
We aim to deliver locally within 24–48 hours of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are typically delivered on the next available weekday — and never more than 3 days after purchase unless otherwise communicated.
Local drop-offs are handled just like other delivery services — we complete them around other scheduled orders and farm tasks to ensure efficiency. We do our best to be respectful of your home and routine, so we’ll quietly leave your order in the safest area near your door or porch and follow up with a delivery notification once complete.
Shipping Rates & Carriers
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
We primarily ship through USPS and UPS, and tracking numbers are provided for every package.
We do not currently offer international shipping outside the United States.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.
We will work with the carrier to file a claim and make it right — either by replacement or refund where appropriate.
Please note that once a package has been marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Heart Beet Homestead cannot be held responsible for theft or misplacement.
Pre-Orders and Made-to-Order Items
Some products are made to order or may include pre-order options. Estimated fulfillment times will be clearly stated on the product page. Orders containing pre-order items will ship once all items are ready unless arranged otherwise.
