Return & Refund Policy

At Heart Beet Homestead, each item is handcrafted in small batches with care and attention to detail. Because of the personal and perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on cosmetic items, skincare, candles, or aromatic goods once they have been shipped. This policy ensures the safety, integrity, and freshness of every product we offer.


Aromatic and Body Care Products

Due to the nature of scent preferences and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on body oils, body and linen sprays, incense, or other aromatic goods unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing, and feel free to reach out with any questions about scent profiles or ingredients prior to ordering.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged in transit or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at jessie@hbhomestead.com with:

- Your order number

- Clear photos of the damaged product(s) and packaging

Once verified, we’ll gladly provide either a replacement or a refund.
If a return is required to process your claim, we’ll provide a pre-paid return shipping label at no cost to you.


Returns on Non-Cosmetic Items

We happily accept returns or exchanges for non-cosmetic items, such as branded merchandise or accessories, provided they are:

- Unused and unopened

- Returned within 14 days of delivery

- In original packaging

Please contact us before sending any return so we can confirm eligibility and issue return instructions.
If your return is approved due to damage, defect, or another valid reason, we will cover the return shipping cost.
For discretionary returns (such as a change of mind), return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.


Final Sale Items

All cosmetic products, skincare, candles, aromatic goods, and seasonal or limited-edition items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
